Poco Posted May 3, 2009 Share Posted May 3, 2009 I was upgrading my iPhone on my mac with the new iTunes and it didn't work. So I connected it to my PC with the new iTunes for windows and it worked without a problem. For some reason no matter what I did I could not restore the phone on the mac, just the PC. Leigh McCulloch Posted October 20, 2009 Share Posted October 20, 2009 I discovered the problem is likely to do with network inability to communicate with the Apple servers. Others have found that packet size might have something to do with it.
