valoryn Posted March 29, 2009 Share Posted March 29, 2009 Hello, I would really appreciate if someone could help me with regards to the following graphics card: ATI Radeon X1550 (RV505) Vendor: ATI (0x1002) Device ID: 0x7143 ATI Radeon X1550 Secondary (RV505) Vendor: ATI (0x1002) Device ID: 0x7163 (I dont have idea idea how this is works, windows xp recognizes as 2 graphic cards..) I have tried modifying the device id in the info.plist file (within ATIRadeonX1000.kext) to match my DeviceID (7143), but when I install the kext and reboot, I got distortion on the screen. I also tried kext files created by superengine http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=148374 and adding/removing the Natit.kext, ATInject.kext and rebooting, but i have distortion on the screen and still no QE support :-( I have ATIRadeonX1000.kext supporting all resolutions except QE/CI.
