apreichner Posted March 23, 2009 Share Posted March 23, 2009 I'm using an x1900xt. I have just recently built a new computer and I currently run a retail version of 10.5.6 on a Vanilla kernel. I have successfully gotten graphics support from both the ATYInject and the Jccool package offered on this forum. The problem comes after installing the graphics drivers. My shutdown/restart stops working on my computer. The screen turns off but the computer stays on. It works all the way up until i install the drivers, whether I use the Inject or the Jccool drivers. I'm running Leopard Retail 10.5.6 on an ASUS P5Q Pro motherboard. I'm not too familiar with EFI strings, as my previous computer didn't have EFI support.
