So if I get a psystar computer? Could I be held accountable and sued?

As of right now, the lawsuit is still in the process. But lets say I pick up one of these computers before anything is settled and then the courts decide that psystar has to be shut down and what not.

Could I be then sued or something of the sort for owning that computer? Or would I be lucky and be completely legally free?

If that made any sense.

Just curious.

Thanks!

You are not going to be sue, but you will lost support from Psystar, why you just build one and install OS X? With the money that you can spend in one of these machines, you could build a more powerful machine.

You won't be getting support when Psystar goes under (and they will, since they're operating illegally according to the United States and Apple, Inc.) which will leave you with a computer you know nothing about, and an Operating System that runs fine until something breaks. If you need support, get a real Mac from apple.com or eBay. if you want to toy around and be the brave hardware hacker, build your own using threads from this forum.
