sjj1991 Posted March 8, 2009 Share Posted March 8, 2009 This is my first time installing and using OS X on my laptop, and there are a few major problems. Firstly, it can only start in Safe Mode (holding the shift key) If I start in normal mode, this happens: It appears to be a video problem, as I can see the artifacts move then I mouse over the dock. However, it the video is alright in Safe Mode: And I also need to plug a monitor in or it will freeze at the light blue screen after the Apple logo. Any idea how to fix this?
