My situation: I have 3 hard drives and I'm trying to install OS X on my 3rd SATA 300GB drive. I have XP Pro installed and running on two drives.

My Drive setup atm

  • HD1 Seagate 200GB UltraIDE - NTFS XP storage
  • HD2 Seagate 250GB SATA - NTFS with XP Pro installed
  • HD3 Seagate 300GB SATA - Raw <- this is where I want OS X

I am not using RAID.

For some reason, when I get to the OS X install screen, the only HD that shows up is my first 200GB IDE drive which I use for extra storage via XP. If anyone knows a way I can make OS X install recognize my 3rd drivbe I will be very greatful.

PS - I AM BROWSING THE BOARDS FOR ANSWERS JUST IN CASE THEY HAVE BEEN POSTED ALREADY.

Thanks.

Actually, can a mod move this to PC Dual Booting?

My appologies.
