Blaknite Posted February 23, 2009 Share Posted February 23, 2009 HELP ME PLEASE!!! I have a BCM nic with DEV_ID 1677; I have tried what others have said, download various kexts and tools to no avail. I am not a noob nor am I a Mac wiz. I have to get the nic running so my client can print. I am totally at a loss. I have been searching for 3 weeks and still keep ending up here (not that this is a bad place to get info and resources), I just can't seem to find the answers I am looking for here. When I boot in -v mode with onboard nic enabled in BIOS, it hangs at BCM5752 ????fails have 5721. Can anyone tell me that Windoze is reporting the wrong device or different than BSD is reporting.
