PHP 4.2.1, no ASP or ColdFusion, MySQL version is unknown so probably v4.x.x and you provide no hardware specs or even say if it's all running on a gigabit network or 10/100 network. I do a little work myself and 1 lightly used e-mail account receives over 200 emails a day and this would exceed your 100mb limit not to mention that I use over 40gb of transfer myself not counting any other persons or accounts hosted.
