eld13 Posted February 10, 2009 Share Posted February 10, 2009 i've installed Kalyway 10.5.2 successfuly, everything is ok. but when i want to install drivers for my ATI HD3850 PCI-E (this one http://www.mediafire.com/?yujzyto4ywx) i get "please reboot..." screen and nothing works.i dont know what to do my specs: Intel C2D E6400 GA-965P-DS4, 2GB DDR2 ATI HD3850 512MB Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

downlord Posted February 17, 2009 Share Posted February 17, 2009 So, the easyest thing to try first are lastexile's fabolous installer packages. You can find them here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=107526 Some report that they work 100% only installed with pacifist (google it if in doubt), but try first the normal way. If the screen get unreadable after restart don't panic. You can always boot in safe mode (with minimal drivers loaded) with -v at bootup. Cleaning textcache, repairing permissions (search for ~pcwiz 0sxtools) is always a good idea. I've Sa**hire HD3850, 256 MB PCI-E and it's working very nicely.
