Ninjordan
Hi I'm using iPC 10.5.6 and I'm having a problem with iWeb 09. I can make new sites and pages, but no matter what theme or page type I choose, it just shows me a blank page with a grey screen. I can add pictures and widgets and things to the page, but the page is still blank. I have tried reinstalling iLife, but to no avail. Any ideas? intel p4 3.8ghz 2gb ram nForce4 motherboard 2x Nvidia GeForce7800gtx

Mikux
do you have quartz extreme enabled? make sure you have all drivers properly working. iLife 09 requiere a powerful and well configured hackintosh. has the same problem since i m on 10.5.7 VLC cannot display the video, iweb is not showing the page but it's open. set the Quartz extreme enable , but doesn't change anything else I tryed that as well: Go to the iWeb application, right click on the app and select "Show Package Contents" Browse to "/Contents/Resources/" and open "Defaults.plist" in textedit Find the lines "<key>SFRAcceleratedCanvas</key> <true/>" and edit it to <key>SFRAcceleratedCanvas</key> <false/>" but it Iweb09 will only show me the outside shapes of the objects on the page. does the processor indication in 'about this mac' has an influence ? babeuf
Hi everyone, Sorry for exhuming this very veeeeery old thread but after digging all the web, this is the only one that almost perfectly fits my issue. I have an OSX Mountain Lion running fine not on a hackintosh but as a VMWare virtual machine. I tried to install iWeb 3.0.4 on it and fall into the exact same issue described above. To sum up: - software starts - website pages aren't displayed, whatever I do. As VMWare doesn't support QE/CI at all, I tried setting SFRAccelerateCanvas to false in iWeb plist. The result is a bit better: resizing boxes of pages elements are now displayed properly, but I still can't see the content (pictures, texts...). Now I'm stuck! So does anyone have any idea of what's not working? Thanks !
