SLy CaT Posted April 15, 2006 Share Posted April 15, 2006 is there a way to change the desktop grid? i do not like how there is so much room wasted when more columns are needed... for example: is there a way to resize it? i tried making teh icons smaller, but it still created a large gap between columns. SLy CaT Posted April 15, 2006 Author Share Posted April 15, 2006 the picture up there: that is actually how the icons will be placed when they are downloaded or arranged by type. if its set on snap, i can manually move them closer in actually... like this: that is what makes me wonder... why is it that the "grid" has small boxes, but does not occupy them all when new files are created on desktop.
