maquiavelo69 Posted January 25, 2009 Share Posted January 25, 2009 hi i have just installed speedstep 2 that appears next to de sound etc up in the screen to the right! is changin all the time 1000 to 1500 when i need more cpu usage ( i have a core 2 duo 1,5ghz) my question is that the people here uses the program to decrease the speed to get more energy but i have puttend 1500 all the time cpu voltage at max and in preferences cpu load interval at the minimum and min an max treshhold at max both the thing is that i dont really know perfectly what these concepts means !!! all i know is that my computer flyes but is that bad for te laptop??? im thinking in using this parameters when using programs like logic pro that runs perfectly with this preferences and without runs alil bit slow!! the question is with the preferences that i put and if i quit the program do i get the same performance with or without?
