can someone pls help me as to how to get my desktop BLACK

as this will make it easier to see for me

maybe some one can send me a black desktop :graduated:

go in to piant or someother kind of drawing program. paint it all black. save it as a jpg. then cruse over to your finder >macHD>Library>Desktop Pictures put your saved black jpg in there then go to system preferences>Desktop & Screensaver click on the desktop tab and click on apple images and choose your black jpg and stretch it acroos desktop or tile it and you will now have a black background.
