Silliy Questions, But Pls Help

I have a fd of mine using SSE 3 CPU....even no patch installed...everything works fine...but my SSE2 Pentium M, even patched with 0.4, still sometimes crash with native PPC application


MY question is...is a SSE3 CPU can run PPC application, no crash?

My SSE3 system doesn't crash on PPC apps, at least it hasn't yet.  I run Photoshop CS, Office 2004, iTunes, iWork, etc.

It's hit or miss. A lot of common programs seem to run well, others don't. The norm is that it should though.
