Need advice on ITX computer case (PCI slot or no?)

Currently I have 2 that I am looking at.

The main difference is that 1 has the option for 2 pci cards and the other does not.

I think the smaller case size the better. I already have 2 pc's taking up enough space. :(

Morex 2699 (has pci spot and 3.5 HD)

Morex 3833 (no pci 2.5 HD)

So anyways, currently I have no need for pci that I am aware of... I am not sure if I should plan for maybe using them though. I am not sure what even works with an OSX setup... I mean most video cards are pci-e so I am not sure if there is anything worth a {censored} that is pci. I guess a wireless pci card? Anything else I might want to consider using pci for? The cost of the cases are about the same. The one without the pci is like 3" smaller though.

I have a slim dvd-rom and 2.5 80gb harddrive for a laptop I can use and also have a spare 80gb 3.5 hd as well.

I am getting the D945GCLF2 Atom 330 cpu/mb combo to put in this.
