Le-Bebop
Hi empty_skull ! I tried your kext but I had a little problem. I had a GFX string for my RX1950Pro 7280, then I had dual screen + full resolution, just miss QE/CI, that why I tried your kext ! My config: see sign, I want to make a RETAIL install, so don't modify the S/L/E folder, or any other. What I did: 1/put your kext and the 7280 plugin in /Extra folder without Natit, because I had already the GFX String and repair perm, boot -f -x => kernel panic, talking about an ATIRadeonX1000 file, so due to graph problem. 2/ after I tried to add your Natit and remove the GFX String, then Kernel Panic after the Natit was loaded... Any Idea?? How can I found the source of the problem, or better understand what append ? Thanks a lot!

jwong
I got it to work. Yeah!! I also had installed it several times with no joy on QE. I'm not even sure what I did to get it to work. I gave up on it and did a fresh install, installed the 9f23installer.pkg and was messing with EFI strings unsuccessfully. Then I decided to try again and used OSx86 Tools to install the kexts and it worked this time. I'm not complaining. Thanks Empty Skull!

Kludge420
Grazie mille di cuore! I've got an ATI X1900GTO (0x724b) with 256MB and this worked perfectly where no other kext worked. Natit.kext rebooted my computer and NVInject is a joke. Your's on the other hand was easy as pie (if you already know about Kext Helper) Now if I could just get my eVGA 8800 GTX 768MB to work... Thanks again!
