QE not working 7300 GT

I have installed the recommended natit_dual_0.02 kext, and followed all the instructions in the "Manual nVidia Installation" sticky.

 

I realize that this is basically a repeat of this thread, however no solutions became of that, and my situation is possibly different.

 

I'm pretty comfortable in the OSx86 environment, so feel free to ask my any questions about my setup.

 

Any help is welcomed, again, i apologize if this is a noobish question.
