2 disk raids

So, my hackintosh is working flawlessly for serveral months now, so i get bored and wanna change somethign about it, after a new gfx card and more ram, i finally got to using 2 disks in raid

 

now im getting 2 identical 320gb disks, and i want to use them in raid 0, ofcourse i want to boot from it (10.5.6).

 

i got a P35 ds3p mobo, which has some controllers on it, ich9 and soemthing from jmicron or someit i think.

 

Now im reading that both those controllers dont work, and that i need a seperate controller, rocketraid 2310, or a sil3132.

 

but most of those posts are from like 6 montsh ago, and im wondering if anythign changed. are there any new kexts that support my builtin controllers, or do i need to get the seperate one still? and which one to get.. i only need 2 disks connected for the lowest cost

 

i hope any of you can share some knowledge on this one
