Hi folks..

hope the christmas has been just great to all you guys..

I am running an early 2007 macbook 13" with intel core 2 duo processor at 1.83ghz, 4 Gbs of DDR2 PC667 memory (initially 512 mb but then upgraded), 60 GBs HDD, Intel gm950 chipset with 64 mb of shared memory video with the system and 13" lcd display.. I am runing mac osx tiger 10.4.11

as you can notice and as I said before I've upgraded the ram to 4 gb.. so I have 64 mb of video memory being shared with the system.. Is it possible to get more video memory for the graphic chipset? imagine I have 64 mb for the chipset, and I would like to have at least 256-512mb of video memory.. I know that video memory is not everything for the performance of a graphic system, but would I take advantages of getting more memory for the intel chipset (and how would I do it?)? I know that getting more memory for the chipset won't make miracles, once it doesn't feauture the technology of a 8600gt gm or a 9600 gt gm one, but how far can I expect more performance?

thanks in advance
