Symantec Ghost Corporate Edition also able to backup/clone Apple HSF+ partition.

With Ghost, you can backup/clone full disk or partition only to image file (.gho)

and save them to local HD or external USB/fireware NTFS/FAT32 drive or burn directly to CD/DVD.

or just clone disk-to-disk or partition-to-partition.

It easy to restore and useful for dual/multi booting OSX with Windows.

I have created a bootable ISO & FLP image using Symantec Ghost Solution Suite 2.5.

ring the bell :(

  • ISO: Bootable CD, burn to CD (image-to-disc).
incl. manual and ghost.exe for win32 & x64 which is can running on Windows 32bit/64bit environment.
    .
  • FLP: Bootable floppy image.
Useful for those who using GRUB Bootloder
place ghost.flp to one of your root drive (FAT/FAT32/NTFS) then call it on menu.lst

    title Symantec Ghost Corporate v11.5.0
    root (hdX,Y)
    map --mem /ghost.flp (fd0)
    map --hook
    chainloader (fd0)+1
    rootnoverify (fd0)

    here is my screen:

you're welcome  PM sent.

I've been using Ghost Corporate since version 2003/v8.0, it really provide stable image backup.

And I'm really happy it also support to backup Apple HFS+ partition.

so I can use any OSx86 Releases which I had installed by just restore the ghost image file :)

So, this is the way to go instead of super duper?

I have not try SuperDuper yet.

And I wont use Time Machine because I dont have USB HD.

The advantage of Ghost is able to backup to image file (.gho) and stored to FAT32/NTFS drive (internal/external storage) or direct burn to CD/DVD.
