Hi everyone,

I'm new to OSX86 and hackintosh stuff, so please excuse my lack of knowledge. I am very confused as to going about to install the proper Nvidia driver for my Asus G2S laptop. The graphics card is a geforce 8600m GT with 256 dedicated memory. I first installed Kalyway 10.5.2 with the nvinstaller 4.1 (from this page http://scottdangel.com/blog/?page_id=20). Core Image and Quartz Extreme is both enabled and supported. But I felt guilty about using Kalyway, so I purchased a Leopard license and found instructions on how to use Boot-132, Chameleon and the retail disc. Everything works and installs fine except that my Nvidia card is showing up as Core Image as Software and Quartz Extreme as not supported. The graphics also feel sluggish and slow especially when moving windows around. I tried installing several drivers but nothing seems to work. I am confused on how to install Nvidia drivers on my retail install. Between all this NVinject and EFI stuff, my head is spinning. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Kevin
