Yesterday, my wife called that our G4 with leopard 10.5 was frozen. I have tried all I know to get through this with no success. There is a message box for something called "schedulermailer" wanting to use confidential information from my inbox. No idea what that is. I have powered up and down, unplugged and disconnected, tried shift for "safe mode." My superdrive will not open. HELP! I'm guessing that this may be a spyware issue. The Mac does not power up through it's full cycle and comes back frozen. I have spent hours on this over two days. Haven't had any luck. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
