This is what I specifically want: (1) People with Adobe CS4 experience and portfolios of prior website design work who are immediately prepared to do website design work on OS X (required). (2) People experienced in the integration of Flash & AJAX based graphics with website designed (optional). (3) People experienced in website design for iPhone and other smart phones specifically including Blackberry (optional). (4) People who have Ruby on Rails development experience (optional).
