In both Virtual Machine softwares, I set the RAM to 1024MB.

PerformanceTest.zip contains the result files which can be viewed with the PerformanceTest. For those who don't have PerformanceTest, please see the BenchmarkResults.zip.
Conclusion:
VMware Fusion is much faster than Parallels Desktop, especially when it comes to 3D graphics. But there is one thing that I don't understand: When I encode video from RMVB to PMP-AVC with Windmencoder (it's a GUI for mencoder), I have about 80 fps in Parallels vs 60 fps in VMware Fusion.
