Guest: Windows XP Professional with SP3 Tests: PerformanceTest 6.1 Evaluation from http://www.passmark.com/products/pt.htm PerformanceTest.zip contains the result files which can be viewed with the PerformanceTest. For those who don't have PerformanceTest, please see the BenchmarkResults.zip. Conclusion: VMware Fusion is much faster than Parallels Desktop, especially when it comes to 3D graphics. But there is one thing that I don't understand: When I encode video from RMVB to PMP-AVC with Windmencoder (it's a GUI for mencoder), I have about 80 fps in Parallels vs 60 fps in VMware Fusion.
