DucTien Posted November 5, 2008 Share Posted November 5, 2008 ago i use kaliway 10.5.2 so vide0 crad ok but to ideNeb v 1.3 10.5.5 so i can't find see driver for it My VGA nVidia 8800 GTS , i have to try http://scottdangel.com/blog/?page_id=20 but QUatz Extreme : not support and Status : not connected , if anyone full driver video card from kaliway can give me , i really very need it , thanks u so much ! geiman Posted November 5, 2008 Share Posted November 5, 2008 that was a little hard to understand, but if all you want is the driver from the Kalyway disc, you can use Pacifist to extract whichever graphics driver package you want and install it. Pacifist is pretty easy to understand, you should get the hang of it. Also, I've got an nvidia 8800GTS as well and I installed iDeneb 10.5.5 with the NVInject 512MB option and I got perfectly supported graphics; is it possible you missed this option? You can get it from here: http://www.charlessoft.com/ It's shareware, but you can use it fully functional with a nag screen for as long as you want and its fully functional. If you have got a pretty new install without much to backup, just go ahead and do a new fresh install, and this time make sure you select the NVInject 512MB option under nvidia graphics in the installer. If you do not want to re-install, give us some more details about your hardware and we'll see if we can give you the best option; You may be able to use GFX Strings if you can EFI boot.
