Hello, kind of new to osx86 and all. But, i have installed kalyway 10.5.2 installed the inspiron 9200 (sigmatel) driver. sound works fine. updated to 10.5.3 through kalyway combo update. sound still works fine through speakers. now 10.5.4 sound still works. the only problem is. the sound through the headphone jack never worked. the speaker mutes when i plug in a headphone, but it doesnt work. it works one second then shuts down. any help?

by the way, my dell model is dell inspiron 640m

k guys thats the link for the repair. it gets the headphones working buttttt the only problem is is that it does not mute the speakers :@
