Hi, have been using apple tv for months with no problems. After upgrading itunes to 8 and atv to 2, get a pop up saying port 3689 may be blocked by a firewall. It is not. I am running on windows xp using wireless (all along). Have seen similar problem on many threads, no solutions. Any advice?

I used internet sharing with my TV to avoid this problem. Works well...
Could i ask though why you didnt buy a Mac first instead of AppleTV?!!!
Its not much more price wise after AppleTV to a mac mini...
Oh dear god.. XP + TV, i feel for it...
