I installed Kalyway 10.5.2 a little while ago but can't get past the gray boot screen. It just sits there. I have searched the forums for days now and haven't found a solution that doesn't suggest re-installing osx without selecting there video drivers. I would really like to find a solution that doesn't involve re-installing because installing it once was pain and who knows if a re-install will fix it.

I am using tboot as my boot loader because I am running xp and osx, not sure if that would have anything to do with it.

So does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

As always, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Since posting this 4 days ago and not getting 1 response I tried reinstalling Kalyway without the video drivers selected. Installation went smoothly but its still freezing in the same spot.

I typed -v to see where it was hanging up. Here is where it freezes:

mac framework successfully initialized

using 10485 buffer headers and 4096 cluster IO buffer headers

IOAPIC: Version 0x20 Vectors 64:87

Does anyone know why its freezing here and how to fix it?

Any input would be greatly appreciated!
