lilngineer Posted September 19, 2008 Share Posted September 19, 2008 hi I have an acer 3680 zr1 notebook with an atheros ar5bmb5 wifi card. Is this the same as the ar5005g? If so, is it possible to use wpa in osx86? I have iatkos4i and used the ar5005eg driver on the install disk and had open wireless suppor but no wpa. Also, recently my wifi just quit working all together and now the card is not recognized. I even tried a fresh install of iatkos 2x. Could the driver have killed it? Your help is greatly appreciated!
