chance9888 Posted September 14, 2008 Share Posted September 14, 2008 HI all... I am in the midst of building my first Hackintosh. Everything so far has been very smooth. The only problem is that i cannot figure out a way to enable QE on my graphics card. On the box it says it's an ATI Radeon 2400 HD/PRO and it IS and AGP card. On system profiler, it is read as an ATI Radeon 2600 HD and says it has a PCI bus. Anyway the point is can i enable QE without updating to 10.4.9 or 10.4.10. I read everywhere, or else i'm blind that you must have SSe3 support to use above 10.4.8., and i'm sure you can tell by this, i don't have an SSe3 processor. Does anyone know a way to get this? I have tried numerous ways to get it to work, but all failed. (The computer is an old Dimension 8100.) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
