Well, I happened to notice that, after upgrading from Leopard to Snow Leopard Beta, there is a serious flaw in regards to full screen graphics in games. When the program kicks into full-screen mode, there is a streaking and garbled VCR effect that renders whatever is on screen virtually unusable. Could it be possible that the X3100 driver is missing some important functionality or is this caused by something other than the driver? This really sucks because I can't play most of my games in full screen anymore. The model of system that I am using to test is a MacBook White (3,1 model).

Yes, Apple knows about it...
As they see it, this is a very, very, very early testing build.
You should see that too.
