Buggin
Just trying to put the finishing touches on my LEO4ALLv4 install... Was using on-board GeForce 6150, but we all know that it is not fully supported, so... I installed an ATI HD2600PRO (512M) video card. When I boot, it comes up with a blue screen. I can see the mouse & move it around and if I click in an area where there "would be" an icon, I can see the harddrive working. Basically, it has booted, but shows a blue screen over the desktop. Once enough time has passed for the "put display to sleep", I can then wake it to the desktop and all is visible... My guess is there is something hanging up the PCIe bus, but with little knowledge of OSx, I'm not sure where to start... Also, anyone have the link to the website with the "Graffiti background" for installing video drivers? I can't seem to find the thread again... AldoWeb
This has to do with the fact that MAC probes another monitor (non existent) which it considers first monitor where the icons and things are. your monitor is secondary. After it comes out of sleep it checks for monitors and finds only the real one. Aldo
