bigeeezee Posted September 2, 2008 Share Posted September 2, 2008 Hey guys, need a clue...I have some pictures (yes, some are porn, but not all) that I dont really want to show up in "all pictures" in the finder. SticMAC™ Posted September 2, 2008 Share Posted September 2, 2008 There is a way!! (not that I have porn pictures) If there is anything you would like to hide.... Find yourself an extra HDD or partition, make it FAT32, if you have a HDD... MBR, FAT32 it, unless you configure Spotlight to check the drive it should ignore it! I have a 500GB drive with all my old WinBlows software and backups on it, it's fat32 and does not get included in the Spotlight searches! Hope this points you in the right direction!? Macs are so simple! just dragged to the desktop! and anyways, if you put the folder in system, the spotlight ignores it. I knew that. Thanks guys!
