i just recently switched to a mac from a pc. i have a {censored} roommate who always tries to steal music from my external hardrive via my itunes folder. i've tried setting a password so that he can't log onto my computer, but instead, he'll just disconnect my external from my mac and hook it up to his and steal all the music off of it.

so i would like to know if there's anyway to password protect certain folders in osx.

thanks.
