PCI-X Bus on G5

I've got a power pc machine, a dual G5 2.5ghz that I'm using for HD video editing, along with this AJA Kona 2 capture card. Which is apparently running on a PCI-X bus. I need to add another ethernet port to the system, and I have one open PCI-X slot (the other three are occupied by a fiber channel card, the kona 2 card, and the graphics card). I installed a regular netgear NIC (before I had read up on PCI-X) and the kona card would not function correctly because the bus speed was limited by the slowest card on the bus -- the new NIC.

I have read that some motherboard manufactures have seperate PCI-X channels to circumvent this issue, and was wondering if this would be the case on this machine, and if so what I would need to do to seperate the two. (I'm still learning lots about macs so please be patient)
