ShadowFex Posted August 13, 2008 Share Posted August 13, 2008 I got a strange problem. I recently upgraded from a Gigabyte GA-N680SLI-DQ6 motherboard to a GA-EP45-DS4P. This is where the problem began. I bought this motherboard due to its compatibility with osx and i'm very happy with it so far. Everything works nicely, can boot vanilla etc. However as soon as i install drivers for my Inno3D 8800GTX problems begin. I have tried NNKush and EFI studio and both yield the same result, that is a blank screen and no monitor signal after osx loads. I know the system is operating perfectly fine as I can hear stuff and can see the HDD activity its just no monitor signal. I have tried both leo4allv3 and kalyway 10.5.2 and the strange thing is the graphics card worked fine with NVkush before i switched the motherboard over. Has anybody seen or experienced this problem and if so how did u go about fixing it? NOTE: during the boot process a message appears that says display: Family Specific Matching Fails.
