Kwaaku
I am a fan of TPM chips, however info is always hard to get. found this download: (TPM SETUP) http://darkside.cometway.com/content.agent...le&name=007 which would seem to allow the TPM to be used in OSX. Havent found any references to it online. It is meant for "pure" mac's, but my IBM has a lot of similar hardware. I know my TPM is an ATMEL model. Does anyone have any experience with this software? Just finished trying to get my TPM and FPR working in Kubuntu Hardy. Software but no driver for TPM, FPR works but bug with KDE prevents normal boot (using Thinkfinger). Been advised that FPR can be made to work with Fprint, so thats my next project. After that will try to get my TPM working in OSX, using the download listed above. can anyone shed any light on this? looking rather murky at present
Kwaaku
not much of a response , ah well never mind. one thing I have found out is that this software expects to find an Infineon TPM chip. I have Atmel, so it wont work unless I alter the relevant info.plist to match my setup. Still murky
