Nemphys
Hi, I am running IATKOS v4i with Vanilla 9.4.0 Kernel and Leo Graphics Update. My notebook is a Toshiba U-200 with the Intel GMA950, QI/CE working fine. The problem is, when I plug in the external monitor cable to my laptop, the second display is properly detected (even by it's name and all available resolutions and refresh rates), but it remains blank, both in extended desktop and mirror mode (it goes into "Power saving mode"). I have tried Natit.kext and Laptopdisplay.kext without success (I even noticed that there was actually NO difference having any of these two installed and loaded, so I removed them from /System/Library/Extensions). Any help would be appreciated, I am so close to getting everything working!
pritthish
i have the same problem on my GMA965... what I do is put my monitors to sleep (add a hotspot to sleep monitor in Exposé Sys prefs) and move the mouse around a bit... both monitors come to life after that

Nemphys
Problem Solved: It was a BIOS setting after all (there is a BIOS option that says something about startup displays, which, if set to "LCD+RBG Analog" instead of "Automatically select", everything works fine!)
