This motherboard is seriously cheap, where I stay (SA), so I would really like to know if it works, the Foxconn 45GMX-V. Here is a link to the Newegg Page

It uses Realtek 8111C ethernet and ALC 262 Sound BTW.

Anyone have any success?

Although not the exact same, I built two based on the Foxconn 45CMX.

Can't remember 100%, but not sure if the onboard network worked. Either way I stuck in a cheap Encore wireless and everything else is good.

Anyone else using this? Nice price. :(

The OP's link is dead, but this one is similar.

With the VGA out I'd be using a separate card, possibly a passively cooled 7300GS or the like. But the ALC662 audio and 8111C nic seem to be somewhat problematic. I wonder if the board that gabrusch used has these chips, and if so, what kexts Kalayway uses as I'd be doing an EFI+Retail install.

EDIT: I just noticed this review on NewEgg:

Pros: Cheap as hell, works OOB with EFI + Vanilla Kernel OS X.

Cons: Overclocking is iffy and not too stable. Using the stepping provided, I could only use levels 1 and 2. 3 causes an instant fail to post. An even after using levels 1 or 2 after being powered down for a while it reverts to default clock speeds.

Other Thoughts: I'm using a discrete card for graphics, but the ALC662 audio on this mobo works with OS X if you use the most current version of Dr. Zombie's HDA Patch from Insanely Mac.

:P
