pggbee Posted August 6, 2008 Share Posted August 6, 2008 Hi everyone. I've read a number of the HCL's and guides here, everyone who has a nVidia 7600GT 256mb, reports it working. While mine "works" I cannot get QE or any hardware acceleration. QE reports that it is disabled in System Profiler. I've been using NVinject, and NVinject 256 under iATKOS and Kalyway, but no luck. I tried following this guide: Manual nVidia Install, but I only managed to make the white apple start up screen run forever. Any suggestions or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated. Oh yea, I've got a Gigabyte GA-G31M-S2L motherboard if that helps. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
pggbee Posted August 7, 2008 Author Share Posted August 7, 2008 I remedied this situation by selecting the "titan" driver on install, and not selecting any of the nvinject options. I guess that's cool, I have want I need now, pixelmaker and iwork work now. Is there any reason I should use nvinject over titan? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
