My graphic card is 8400GS with 512MB RAM, the device ID is 0x06e4(So strange...). I'm using NVInject 0.2.1, but the driver can not work very well.

It supports QE/CI, but when I change the resolution or refresh by System Preferences, I get a blue screen. And when I play some games that will change the resolution, I get a black screen, it is a big problem. :P

I have a way to play this kind of game, I change the resolution that the game needs, and change it by System Preferences. When I get a blue screen, I make my computer sleep, then wake it up, the blue screen will disappear...

But it is the worst way, I don't know what I can do.

I'm sorry, my English is not very well...

I also had this problem on my GeForce 8600GT 1GB. If you look closely on your Display in System Profiler, you should find no display connected. But I managed to solve this.

First I get the proper NVCAP strings using NVCAP Maker from here. To get the VGA ROM you can read here. After put the proper NVCAP into EFI strings, I use VGA to DVI adapter then connect my LCD monitor to DVI. That's all.
