Doesn't matter what os is installed, but necessary if cd drive is bad. Charger needed too. I know its probably too much to ask, but 30$ range would be most appreciated (im a HS student (IT, Comp. Archi), so no full time job yet..) does not need to be powerful at all, just needs to boot and display and run an OS no wireless card needed either, just a basic setup to work with c'mon, nobody has some old beaten up ibook? your gonna have to bump that up..used 3G iBooks go used for like 200..
