mguk Posted July 24, 2008 Share Posted July 24, 2008 I have a Jmicron PCI-E SATA (Dual Port) / PATA RAID card. I have found that Jmicron have released a driver for this card: http://www.jmicron.com/Driver.htm But, it makes my system unstable with random kernel panics on boot. When my system does boot successfully it appears to work OK for both SATA and PATA. Has anybody else been able to use this driver and is there anything obvious I could try to make my system more stable when using it?
