Lucifire.Luke Posted July 21, 2008 Share Posted July 21, 2008 Hi all, I have a system with the Blackmagic Decklink Card on it its a G5 Machine 2.3 Ghz with 2 cores and I use it for editing purposes doing freelancing. Now I tried to put the card on my other Intel computer but the card is not working on that even though all the other things are. The system does not show any PCI cards installed even though I have the firewire card installed on this system only and it smoothly works for me but does not show in system preferences as a firewire card though it did not ask for any softwares to be installed for it. I have the Blackmagic Decklink Extreme PCIe Card. My computer's configuration is Intel Operating System = Leo4All v2 (10.5.2) Mother Board = P5LD2VM-SE Processor = Intel Dual core 2.66 Ram = 2 GB (667) HDD = 500 GB Graphics Card = 7100 GS (Does not support Dual Screen Pls help needed with the SUPPORT for this as well as i am not able to change the signal for the monitor to be sent as and am a newbie i have 1 port as VGA and the other port is DVI) PCI Cards = Firewire Card (To have firewire devices attached to the computer System Preferences show as 400 MBPS max) Thanks and Regards Luke Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
