Hello all,

I have searched the forums but have not found the answer to my question so here goes:

I am able to connect to my wireless network at home however, aside from my airport turning off every so often (usually under heavy streaming) After any kind of reboot or starting up the machine it does not auto connect to my wireless network. I always have to manually go into the system prefs>network and choose

"join other network" I then add my wpa password and connect just fine.

Even though I have the save this network box checked, it is never available from the dropdown after a reboot.

The wierd thing is, under advanced> preferred networks, it is shown there.

I am running Kalyway 10.5.2 with a Broadcom Linksys pcmcia adapter.

My SSID is not Broadcasted (maybe this is the cause?)

I am using a Mac filter on the router

Any ideas? I also tried deleting the preferred network entry for my home network and re-added it and still no luck.

Thanks for your help.
