Jonty! Posted July 19, 2008 Share Posted July 19, 2008 Hey, I made this topic for all people with X3100 Rev Id 0x003 (instead of c) to help each other get their graphics card in leopard working. I know several people have had trouble with this, so lets all share info. My Prob: If I install the X3100 kexts and reboot I get a grey/white screen and lines like "dissolve" it into a distorted white screen. If I do sleep trick the display goes black and STAYS like that. I can hear from voiceover that in sys profiler kexts are loaded and QE/CI is supported, and even if I change the res using voiceover it still stays blank/white. If I plug in an externel monitor (15", my laptop screen is 17.4")I can only see part of the screen but what I see is hardware accelerated stuff. I tried LaptopDisplay.kext and it still doesnt work.
