I work on it for about 1 year and it says "starting 32 bit version". So NO , that is not the 64 bit version. You gotta pay for the 64-bit extension. My specs do support it. Thanks for looking into it anyway. Anybody ? Not complaining with the current 32-bit one on my hardware, but there is room for better ... Just quickly read this from their site There is now a 64-bit extension to the free and open-source OsiriX software,allowing to address an unlimited memory space. You didn't mention you checked it out already from that site. Although probably not as nice as Osirix, there was/is a plugin for Gimp to view DICOM images. Maybe that might help.
