HDD is very very slow

hi Folks,

 

my data transfer is very slow.

Internal SATA Samsung HDDs, AHCI enabled in BIOS.

 

System:

Kalyway 10.5.2

Intel Core2Duo E6600

ASUS P5W DH Deluxe

Intel ICH7-R AHCI

JMicron JMB36x AHCI

 

System-Profiler tells me that 3GBit SATA is enabled, but im copying with muCommander from Intel ICH to JMicron with only 10 to 15MB/Sek (from NTFS toMac OS Extended (Journaled) Filesystem)

 

Can anyone give me a hint how to get the HDDs faster?
