If anyone can help me please answer

I have an ati firegl V3400. With this driver (10.4.8.ATI.Radeonx1x00.pcie.support.pkg)

that i had found on JAs 10.4.8 SSE2 SSE3 all was fine

Now On JAS 10.5.2 i cant work with many programs i have no resolution. For months i'm searching what to do...

I have read some posts from other users but im not an expert to change the numpers they are saying with hexedit

This card has a R520 GPU, which means = ATI X1800

So, treat it like a X1800 and it should work.

This means inserting dev ID in ATIRadeonX1000.kext + using the right injecter.

You'll find more infos and tutos in the genius bar.

If after all this you manage to get resolution change but no QE, and you're sure you've set it up properly, you may consider flashing the device ID to the one of a real X1800. (Some tools like Rabbit allow to do this)

Really all is there in the forum, it's the same way since 3 years so there are loads of infos and howtos, just take a bit of time for searching.

Tip : the search engine is broken so use google instead adding "insanelymac" before what you search eg : insanelymac x1800.

For the BIOS edit come back after you did the basics and we'll see this more precisely.
