"in weeks" AHAHAHAHAHA... Do you have any idea how difficult what they are trying to do is?
On the Apple side of things we've had a project trying to do something similar (and they had the WINE source code to start off of) for a year now. ( http://darwine.opendarwin.org/ )

I can't see them having this project ready within weeks. Months maybe or longer. What I'd do is work on the rosetta we have now and work on the TPM.
